Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service booked. No-shows will also be charged 50%. The card on file will be charged accordingly.
There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If I do not hear from you, it will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
A $50 deposit is required for all new clients to secure an appointment.
I understand that emergencies happen. One courtesy waiver may be granted at my discretion for unforeseen circumstances. Any additional occurrences will be subject to the cancellation policy.
**Foreign fills (fills done on work from another lash artist) will be treated as a fill plus an additional fee. Pricing may vary depending on the condition of the existing lashes and the time required for the service. In some cases, a full removal and new full set may be recommended.
